Terms of Service

GOODTOGTO ("the App") is an educational and entertainment poker application. It lets you play Texas Hold'em and Omaha with simulated chips against bots or other users, level up, unlock features, and learn Game Theory Optimal (GTO) strategy through the built-in Coach. The App is not a gambling service.

Chips inside the App are virtual entertainment credits with no monetary value. You cannot redeem, cash out, transfer, sell, or exchange chips for money, goods, or anything of value. Purchases of chip packages are one-way sales of digital entertainment credits and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You cannot win, lose, or wager real money in the App. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling.

GOODTOGTO's GTO Coach and live coaching overlay operate exclusively on hands played within the GOODTOGTO application. The Coach reads the state of GOODTOGTO's own simulated tables — game format, positions, hole cards, community cards, effective stack, pot, stack-to-pot ratio, blind structure, betting history, bet sizing, and current street — and produces educational analysis based on that state.

The App does not, and will not be designed to:

• Read cards or game state from any third-party poker application, website, or client.
• Monitor, overlay, capture, or automate any third-party poker table.
• Import live hands from other platforms as they are being played.
• Recommend live actions during real-money poker games on other services.
• Place, execute, or automate actions (bet, call, raise, check, fold) on any other platform.
• Circumvent any third-party platform's rules on real-time assistance.

The Coach is an educational tool that operates within GOODTOGTO's controlled simulated environment. Post-session review of hands played inside GOODTOGTO is permitted and encouraged.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We may verify your age via the date of birth you provide, IP-based location, and payment method used.

The App is not available in jurisdictions where its use is restricted. We block access from a list of countries and may block additional regions at our discretion.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Do not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App; (b) collude with other players; (c) use automated tools to play; (d) harass other users; (e) create multiple accounts to abuse first-time bonuses. Violation may result in account termination and chip forfeiture.

Chip packages are one-time purchases. The GTO Coach is a recurring monthly subscription ($5/month) that renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

The first chip purchase per account is credited at 5× (five times) the listed chip amount as a promotional bonus. This offer is limited to one use per person and household.

Card shuffles use a cryptographic random-number generator (Python secrets module) combined with an HMAC-SHA256 commit-reveal scheme. Before each hand, the App publishes a hash of the server seed. After the hand, the seed is revealed so any player can reproduce the shuffle and verify it was not manipulated.

Some seats at some tables are filled by AI bots. Bots are clearly marked with a distinct badge. The GTO Coach uses large-language-model AI (Claude Sonnet 5) to generate strategic commentary. AI outputs are for educational purposes only and are not financial or gambling advice.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Poker strategy discussions and Coach recommendations are educational and do not guarantee any outcome, in-App or elsewhere. Playing poker skillfully takes years of practice; use of the App does not make you a professional and does not entitle you to any real-world winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOODTOGTO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. If arbitration is not permitted in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in the operator's home courts.
